Digital studio · working from Brazil, clients anywhere

Small business, done right.easy to find.worth keeping.chosen first.

Ownership Yours, from day one

You run the business yourself, or with a small team, and there is no marketing department behind you. You know you need a digital presence that holds up and you do not want to be held hostage by a template or by a large agency. A structured company with a team and a consolidated operation? That conversation belongs to Atlas Lab, the technical sister house.

01 · Work

Sites live, in the name of whoever ordered them.

Six deliveries you can visit right now, each one with its own domain, its own hosting, its own accounts. Plus two model sites, one for a guesthouse and one for an events venue, so you can see what the Studio delivers in each.

02 · Process

Five steps. No endless project.

From briefing to handing over the keys. Everything agreed, nothing pushed. You know where each piece is, you can ask for a change, you can ask for time, you can leave with what you came for.

1

Briefing

A conversation, not a form to fill. In writing, at the hours that suit you: your business, who you serve, what is in the way.

no 14 page PDF
2

Identity

Palette, typography, wordmark, small elements. A PDF kit that fits in an email and works on social and on paper.

light visual, ready to use
3

Website · up to 6 pages

Clean code, loads fast, reads well on a phone. On your domain, with SSL, no heavy CMS and no plugin that breaks.

no platform invoice
4

Light automation

Email on your domain, form to your inbox, booking and a payment link if they make sense for your case.

only what the business uses
5

Handing over the keys

Domain, accounts, code, passwords, content: all in your name, with a short manual in plain English. Nothing stays locked here.

you walk away owning it

Typical timeline: six weeks end to end. Week 1 briefing and discovery, week 2 identity, weeks 3 and 4 site and automation, week 5 review and launch, week 6 window for adjustments. It shrinks if the scope is smaller, it stretches if your schedule tightens, agreed beforehand and never in a rush.

03 · What you get

Lean package, fundamentals covered.

Price per project, clear scope, written down before anything starts. No rigid price list, no surprise halfway through.

a.

Website · up to 6 pages, no CMS

Clean code, loads fast on any connection, easy to edit when you need to. On your domain, with SSL, on light and reliable hosting. No plugin that breaks, no monthly platform invoice.

b.

Brand · light visual identity

Palette, typography, wordmark, small elements. Usable in email, on social and on simple stationery. A PDF kit that fits in an email, easy to follow without an 80 page manual.

c.

Infrastructure · in your name

Domain registered, DNS configured, professional email on your phone and on your computer. All under your own name or your company's.

d.

Flow · light automation

Form, lead capture, booking, payment link. Only what makes sense, built straight into the site.

e.

Manual and after delivery

A short document in plain English, no jargon, and a window for adjustments after launch. After that, you carry on as the owner.

Outside the package, the Studio keeps a bench of experiments with pages where scrolling becomes a camera. See the studies (page in Portuguese)

04 · Made to measure CRM

Your idle customer list is money.

Every business with a few years behind it has a list of people who already paid once: in a spreadsheet, in a phone, in someone's head. The made to measure CRM puts that list into a system of your own, shaped around the way you work, and tells you every day who to contact. No monthly fee per user for a tool.

a.

Every customer in one place

Scattered spreadsheets become one living base, with search, filters and a colour per situation. I recover, clean and import what you already have, so the system is born with the house full.

b.

It flags who is going cold

A deal sitting still for a few days changes colour on its own. You open it in the morning and the system tells you who to contact today, before that person closes with someone else.

c.

The history does not disappear

A returning customer stacks up jobs, and you see how much each one has brought in overall. That number is what justifies reaching out again.

d.

From the yes to the delivery

A closed job gets a checklist: contract, deposit, execution, delivery. One look and you know who signed and has not paid.

e.

Yours, for real

Your own address, your own password, daily backup with an external copy. The data comes out as a spreadsheet whenever you want. No custody, like everything here.

The first one already runs at a photography studio in the region: 925 contacts recovered from scattered spreadsheets, cold deal alerts and revenue forecast working. The demo is live, on a real system: start a conversation and see it running before you decide anything.

The CRM has a sibling that answers before you do: a WhatsApp AI agent connected to your CRM, fixed price, written scope, running on your own accounts. See the service page and the three steps.

05 · Commitments

Five lines that do not get crossed.

Principles written before any project starts. They are the filter for what the Studio takes on, how it charges and what it delivers, and the reason some conversations end right here.

i.

You are the owner, from day one

Domain, hosting, code, email, passwords, content: all registered in your name from the start. No custody, no contractual lock. When you want to leave, you take everything and it keeps working.

ii.

Good today, good in two years

A professional site is not an open building site, nor an app that needs an update every week. It has to carry the brand day after day without becoming a task on your calendar or a recurring invoice on mine.

iii.

No hype, no theatre

We do not transform, we do not take off, we do not revolutionise. We do good work, on the agreed date, with someone answering for the delivery. The rest is conference vocabulary.

iv.

You pay for value, not for the clock

Closed price per project, scope written before we start, no hourly rate. You know exactly what you will receive and what you will pay before you sign, and the budget does not bleed halfway through.

v.

Human review before anything ships

Nothing leaves here without a person reading it. No raw AI text, no delivery on autopilot, no message sent without review. Tools speed up the work, they do not replace the care of finishing it.

06 · Frequently asked questions

Questions asked before, answered before.

Do I need to buy the domain before I get in touch?
No. If you do not have one yet, I walk you through registering it, always in your name or your company's, never in mine. If you already have it, even better: I only need access to point it at the right hosting.
What if I want to change hosting later?
Change it whenever you want. The code stays with you in your repository, the domain is yours, the passwords are yours. Any developer can carry it on, nothing is tied to a single platform or to a paid tool.
Who writes the text on the site?
The raw material comes from you, nobody knows your work better. I take care of the structure, the tone and the trimming: jargon out, sentences shorter, rhythm in. If you would rather I write from scratch, we agree that in the briefing and it enters the scope as an extra item.
How does payment work?
Direct: 50% at scope approval, 50% at handover, by bank transfer in USD or EUR. On Contra, Upwork or Fiverr: the platform's escrow and milestones. Invoices are issued by Atlas Lab, my registered company in Brazil.
What if I need a new page or a change later?
Small day to day edits you can do yourself with the manual you receive. A larger change, such as a new page, a redesigned section or an integration, is quoted on demand, with no mandatory monthly fee between projects.
Can you build something more elaborate than this?
Yes, though it is not the house standard and it does not sit inside the package. Outside the day to day work I keep a bench of studies, with pages where scrolling drives a camera and the visitor crosses a whole place without a cut. If that interests you, the studies are here (page in Portuguese) and we talk about what makes sense for your case.
Do you do ongoing maintenance?
Not by default: the site is designed so that it does not demand monthly maintenance. If you want a periodic review window (every 6 or 12 months, for example), we agree the format when we close the project.
Do you use AI in the work?
As a tool, never as the last word: nothing leaves here without a person reading it. And when a project includes a WhatsApp agent, the agent says it is an AI in its first message, every time, in every country: Hi, this is the virtual assistant for [business name]. I am an AI and I answer most questions right away. If you would rather talk to a person, type HUMAN and someone from the team will take over this chat. In the European Union that is a legal requirement (AI Act, article 50, in force since 02/08/2026); everywhere else I build it that way regardless.
07 · Get in touch

Tell me a little about you.

A reply within one business day.

No obligatory kickoff, no giant questionnaire. You send the essentials in the form beside this, I read it and I answer if it makes sense. If it fits, we carry on from there, in writing.
